三丁基锡毒性研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 三丁基锡(tributyltin,TBT)是一种重要的有机锡化合物,因其特有的理化性质可用作木材防腐剂,船体涂料的防污剂,纺织业、工业水系统、木浆和造纸系统以及啤酒厂的抑菌剂。大量实验研究表明TBT会对人体及动物造成危害,主要包括神经毒性、免疫毒性、肝毒性和生殖毒性等。本文将对TBT所致的毒性危害及机制进行综述。
