微生物混凝剂预处理废纸造纸废水实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 废纸造纸系统高度封闭时无机盐的积累会引起造纸过程受阻和产品质量受损,在实验室制备了一种高效微生物混凝剂(MBF-6),并将其用于废纸造纸废水的处理。结果表明,在较宽pH值范围内,微生物混凝剂MBF-6对废水有很好的处理效果。在常温、pH值7.0、MBF-6用量25 mL/L的条件下,SS、CODCr的去除率分别为95%、83%;温度对SS去除率的影响不大,但对CODCr去除率的影响较大且低温有利于提高CODCr去除率;与传统混凝剂Al2(SO4)3和FeCl3相比,微生物混凝剂MBF-6具有混凝沉降速度快且效果好的特点。 A new type of effective coagulant Microbial Flocculants (MBF-6) was prepared from aspergillus oryzae and used as coagulant in the treatment of papermaking wastewater. The experimental results showed that MBF-6 has a good coagulation effect in the treatment of aper making wastewater in a wide range of pH wdue. The removal rates of SS and CODcr is 95% , 83% respectively in the condition where tem- perature is normal, pH value is 7.0 and dosage of the coagulant is 25 mL/L. The temperature has little impact on the removal rate of SS, but has impact on the removal rate of CODer. In comparison with the conventional coagulants such as A12 ( SQ ) 3 and FeC13 , the coagulation per- formance of MBF-6 is the best. The remarkable characteristics of this method are higher settlement rate and without adding salts which can deteriorate the paper making system when the salts are accumulated.
