系统化整体护理对腹腔镜治疗前列腺癌患者术后并发症的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨系统化整体护理对前列腺癌患者经腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术后并发症的影响。方法:将60例前列腺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予系统化整体护理,比较两组患者术后并发症情况及患者对于护理工作的满意度。结果:对照组患者术后并发症发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组对护理工作的满意度为20.00%,观察组患者满意度为86.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理不仅降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,而且有利于促进和谐护患关系,值得临床推广。
