摘要
为了研究咪达唑仑对山羊不同脑区兴奋性氨基酸类神经递质含量变化的影响,探讨咪达唑仑的中枢麻醉机制。将25只山羊随机分为5组,分别为对照组,诱导组,麻醉组,恢复I组和恢复II组。使用高效液相色谱法,检测山羊不同麻醉期不同脑区组织中谷氨酸(Glu)和天门冬氨酸(Asp)的含量。结果显示,海马、小脑和脑干Glu含量在麻醉期显著降低;海马和丘脑Asp含量在麻醉期显著下降。表明,咪达唑仑的麻醉机制可能与降低海马、小脑和脑干Glu含量和海马、丘脑Asp含量变化有关。
To study the mechanisms of midazolam anerthesia on the central nervous system by investigating the changes of excitatory amino acid neurotransmitter content in different encephalic regions in goats. 25 goats were divided randomly into control group, induction group, maintenance of anesthesia group, recovery-from-anesthesia I group, recovery-from-anesthesia II group, the contents of Glu and Asp in different encephalic regions in goats were measured by high liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. In result, the Glu content in hippocampus, cerebella and brainstem was obviously decreased during the maintenance of anesthesia; the Asp content in the hippocampus and thalamus was obviously decreased during the maintenance of anesthesia, too. The results in- dicated that central anesthetic effect of midazolam may be related to the Glu content in hippocampus, cerebella and brainstem and the Asp content in the hippocampus and thalamus.
