二维超声与多普勒超声鉴别诊断乳腺肿块的价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨二维超声与多普勒超声在鉴别诊断乳腺肿块中的应用价值。方法选择萍乡市莲花县妇幼保健院2011年1月-2013年12月经病理组织学确诊为乳腺肿块的80例患者为研究对象,分别对其行二维超声检查及彩色多普勒超声检查。结果二维超声与多普勒超声在良恶性乳腺肿块中诊断符合率差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与良性肿瘤多普勒超声血流频谱相比,恶性肿瘤患者S/D、RI、PI值显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对乳腺肿块患者应用多普勒超声诊断能有效鉴别良恶性肿瘤,对早期乳腺癌的诊断及治疗具有重要的临床应用价值。
