乳腺MRI诊断乳腺微小癌的临床价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究分析MRI的影像诊断在乳腺微小癌诊断中的临床价值,为临床诊断乳腺微小癌提供更多依据。方法选取2012年4月~2015年8月我院所收治的40例乳腺微小癌患者,将其分为对照组20例(采用X线诊断)和观察组20例(采取MRI诊断),观察两组病患的诊断效果。结果经研究结果显示,观察组患者的有效确诊为18例(90%),对照组患者的有效确诊为14例(70%),观察组应用MRI的诊断有效确诊率高于对照组应用X线的有效确诊率,两组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 MRI对于乳腺微小癌疾病的诊断具有一定的临床价值,能够有效地避免以及降低乳腺微小癌的临床误诊及漏诊率。 Objective To study the MRI diagnosis of clinical value in the diagnosis of small breast cancer, providing more evidence for clinical diagnosis of minimal breast cancer. Methods From April 2012 to August 2015 in our hospital, 40 cases of breast cancer patients with the small were chosen, divided into control group of 20 cases(using X-ray diagnosis) and 20 cases of the observation group(take MRI diagnosis), observe two groups of patients the diagnosis effect. Results The results show that the effective observation of the diagnosed group was 18 cases(90%), the control group were effective patients were 14 cases(70%), effective diagnosis confirmed the observation group application rate of MRI is higher than that of the control group were effective application of X-ray rate difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion MRI has certain clinical value for the diagnosis of small breast cancer disease, can effectively prevent and reduce the small breast cancer clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate.
