摘要
针对TBM典型的X型支撑与水平支撑各自结构特点,考虑了II类和V类两种典型围岩情况,建立了基于LS-DYNA平台的两种支撑结构-围岩的接触失效仿真模型,分析了两种支撑结构与两类围岩不同接触面积下的相互作用过程.结果表明:在稳定性较好的II类围岩下,水平支撑仅能在接触面积为100%情况下保持围岩稳定;在稳定性较差的V类围岩下,无论水平支撑与围岩接触面积为多少,岩石均极易发生坍塌现象;对于X型支撑,无论针对II类围岩还是V类围岩,围岩都能保持较好的稳定性.分析结果将为今后全断面掘进机支撑结构选型设计提供一定的理论依据.
The simulation models of two typical supporting structures has been established, according to the structure characteristic of X supporting and horizontal supporting, which analyzed the simulation models of different contact areas with class II and class V rock. The results show that class II rock remains stable only in 100% maintain stable when using horizontal supporting contact area while class V rock is difficult to structure. Class II and class V rock both can remain stable under X supporting structure. The above analysis conclusions will provide a theoretical basis for TBM supporting structure selection in the future.
