摘要
对于像马鞍形这样复杂的空间曲线焊缝,一般采用手工方式进行焊接,焊后一致性差,废品率高,对工人技术水平要求也较高。随着工业自动化程度的发展,研制马鞍形空间曲线的自动焊接设备具有较大的实用价值。依据马鞍形焊缝的主要特点和焊接工艺,设计了基于三菱高性能PLC Q02H为主要控制中心,辅以焊机、SSCNETⅢ总线位置控制模块、伺服驱动器及电机、参数设置人机界面、自动焊接机架等单元构成的马鞍形自动焊接设备。经过试验,该系统自动化程度高、控制精度高、焊缝成型良好,在锅炉、石油管道、核电、造船与海洋工程等普遍存在马鞍形焊缝需求的行业中具有较高的实用价值。
Generally ,manual welding method is used in saddle shape welding,but the deformation shape of the welding seam is not consistent enough,and the disqualification rate of welding products could be very large.The development of space curve saddle automatic welding equipment will present significant practical value,along with the improvement degree of industrial automation. According to the main characteristics of saddle shape,this paper reported one high performance automatic wehting system which based on PLC Q02H for these products,and was supplemented by the welding power supply,the SSCNETIII bus,the position control modules,servo drivers and motors etc.After experimented in the weld connection between two pipelines,this system shows which has high degree of automation, nice precision,and good weld shape.It will be popular in the boiler engineer,the oil pipeline engineer,the nuclear power engineer, shipbuilding engineer and other industrial utility in the future.
