摘要
介绍了管道成套焊接设备的研制过程,采用国产焊接电源和自行研制的管道自动焊接设备,通过计算机协调控制焊接电源的焊接参数和管道自动焊接设备的运动参数,实现了管道不同位置的复杂焊接工艺的实时控制。
A set of the pipeline welding equipment has been developed. This equipment set adopts a homemade welding power source and an auto-welding equipment made by ourselves. It realizes real-time control of the parameters of complex welding technology of different positions by controlling parameters of welding power source and movement parameters of pipeline auto-welding equipment through computer.
