免疫抑制剂联合小剂量利妥昔单抗治疗系统性红斑狼疮脑病的疗效分析 被引量：7

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）约50％～75％的患者合并中枢神经系统受累。美罗华（利妥昔单抗）是一种人鼠嵌合的抗CD20单克隆抗体，国外文献报道其治疗SLE脑病安全有效，但所用剂量较大。近来我们采用小剂量美罗华治疗SLE合并中枢神经系统受累的患者，获得良好疗效，现报告如下。
