冷沉淀凝血因子37℃温浴融化后Ⅷ因子含量随时间变化的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨滤除白细胞冷沉淀凝血因子37℃温浴融化后4℃冰箱放置不同时间Ⅷ因子含量的变化趋势。方法随机抽取-30℃冰冻保存的冷沉淀6袋(来源于厦门市中心血站),将其置于37℃水浴箱温浴化冻,化冻完毕后分别在0、4、8、12、24 h取样检测各袋冷沉淀中Ⅷ因子含量,此过程中冷沉淀放置于4℃冰箱保存。结果冷沉淀在37℃温浴融化后,存放于4℃冰箱,其Ⅷ因子含量随放置时间而逐渐降低。结论冷沉淀在37℃温浴融化后,其中的Ⅷ因子极不稳定,应立即输注至病人体内。如暂不输注,应放于4℃冰箱保存,必须在融化后12 h之内输注。 Objective To explore the influence on factor Ⅷ in cryoprecipitate placed in 4 degrees centigrade refrigerator after being melted in warm water of 37 degrees centigrade with different standing time. Methods Six packs of cryoprecipitate ( from Xiamen Center Blood Bank) preserved in -30 degrees centigrade refrigerator were sampled at random. They were put in warm water of 37 degrees centigrade until melting completely. After melting completely, the content of factor Ⅷ in every pack was detected respectively at standing time of 0-,4-,8-, 12- and 24-hour within which the cryoprecipitate was preserved in 4 degrees centigrade refrigerator. Results After the cryoprecipitate had melted in warm water of 37 degrees centigrade and had been put under the condition of 4 degrees centigrade, the content of factor Ⅷ changed with time. Conclusion After the cryoprecipitate is melted in warm water of 37 degrees centigrade, it has to be transfused into patients right away for the factor Ⅷ in it is unstable. If the transfusion is postponed, the melted cryoprecipitate should be stored at 4 degrees centigrade not exceeding 12 hours.
