摘要
目的通过对龙岗区血站7年来临床供血分析,了解龙岗区的供血规律与发展趋势,更好地做到采供血的动态平衡,科学合理供血。方法统计2006～2012年龙岗区血站临床供血情况,主要分析红细胞悬液、血浆、血小板每年的供血量及ABO血型所占的比例,并分析本地区供血发展趋势及ABO血型所占的比例。结果 2006～2012年红细胞悬液用量呈上升趋势,增加了39%,血小板用量上升趋势明显,增加了446%,血浆用量呈下降趋势,下降了20%。每年红细胞悬液、血浆、血小板用量及ABO血型所占的比例基本一致。结论通过制定科学合理的供血计划,做到采供血的动态平衡及加强对临床用血医疗机构科学合理用血的检查和监督,本地区临床供血的科学性、合理性将得到明显提高。
Objective To investigate blood for clinical using and then make supplying and using balance through blood station situation of Longgang district. Methods To analyze the blood using quality of red blood cell,plasma and platelet, to understand the ratio of ABO blood type through the data from 2006 to 2010, then make a plan to use blood rea sonably and emergency policy. Results The red blood cell and platelet increased obviously, 39% and 446%. The plasma decreased significantly about 20%. The ratio of ABO type was similar in red blood cell, plasma and platelet. Results Through making reasonable blood plan and supervision to clinical blood, medical service, the blood in Longgang district has been scientificly and reasonably improved.
