摘要
通过宏观形貌检查、金相检验、化学成分分析、力学性能测定及能谱分析等手段,分析了某火电厂锅炉水冷壁管爆管原因。结果表明,水冷壁管向火侧内壁严重氧化和高温氢腐蚀是锅炉水冷壁管破裂及爆管在主要原因,针对水冷壁管爆破提出了改进措施。
By macroscopic inspection, metallographic observation, chemical composition, mechanical property and EDS analysis, the failure of boiler water-cooled wall pipe was analyzed. The results show that the main reasons for the failure of the water-cooled pipe are caused by badly burning and high temperature hydrogen corrosion. The relative improvement measures to prevent the occurrence of the failure were proposed.
