摘要
采用非线性有限元分析方法,分析只在内压作用下斜接管的塑性极限载荷,并将按ASME法求得的极限载荷与按不同准则求得的极限载荷进行比较。通过模拟计算出斜接管的应力集中系数,将其与ASME锅炉和压力容器规范中给出的估算值进行比较,得出应力集中系数随夹角θ的变化规律。
Making use of nonlinear finite element analysis method,the plastic limit load of mitered nozzle was analyzed under internal pressure; and the limit load obtained from the ASME method and that from different codes were compared.Through simulation,the stress concentration coefficient of mitered nozzle was calculated and compared with the estimated value stipulated in ASME' s boiler and pressure vessel code so that the regularity of stress concentration coefficient which changing with the inclined angle θ can be obtained.
