摘要
目的探讨医院中药注射液不良反应(ADR)报告的发生规律和特点,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查的方法对57例ADR进行分析。结果 57例ADR中,>60岁患者26例(45.61%),最为常见的是损害皮肤及其附件21例(36.84%),参麦注射液等前3位中药注射剂引起的ADR 44例(77.19%);严重不良反应2例(3.51%)。结论中药注射液ADR预防尤为重要,临床医师要辩证施治,正确选用中药注射剂,合理用药,降低ADR发生率。
Objective To investigate the regularity and characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions（ ADR） events in our hospital,in order to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods 57 cases of adverse reactions events was analyzed by the method of retrospective investigation. Results In the 57 cases of adverse reactions events,26 cases（ 45. 61%） of patients were over 60 years old; the most common complications was the damage of skin and its appendages,accounting for 21 cases（ 36. 84%）; 44 cases ofADRwere induced by Shenmai injection and other 3 traditional Chinese medicine injections（ 77. 19%）; 2 cases of patients had serious adverse reactions（ 3. 51%）. Conclusion TheADRprevention of traditional Chinese medicine injection is particularly important,so we should be dialectical therapy,in order to select traditional Chinese medicine injections correctly,use drug rationally,and reduce the incidence of ADR.
