摘要
美丽中国的建设最为根本的是要实现全体人民在精神和素质上的现代化。教育在人的现代化过程中承担着重要的责任,但目前知识人的培养目标无法实现这一使命,需要超越知识人的局限而走向培养德性人。德性人是智慧之人,是知善而行善之人,是审美而自由之人。在知识教学中,要引导学生走向智力与德性的共生;在德育过程中,需要着重培养学生的道德意志;在学校教学及闲暇时间,需要引导学生关注自然和社会,培养一种天人合一、物与我同的伦理意识和审美意识。
The key to the construction of beautiful China is the modernization of the whole nation's spirts and cultivation.Education takes great responsibility in the process of modernization, however, the current goal of the cultivation of "man of knowledge" has failed such mission and the limitation of that should be surpassed and replaced by the cultivation of "man of virtue".The man of virtue is the man with wisdom, the man who understand and practice the virtue, and the man with freedom and full sense of beauty. During the teaching of knowledge, students should be directed to the symbiosis of intellect and morality; during the moral education, the moral will should be emphasized; and during the school education and their daily life, students should be directed to care about society and nature in order to cultivate their ethic and aesthetic standards based on the theory that human is the integral part of nature.
