摘要
目的：探讨妇炎康复片联合替硝唑对更年期细菌性阴道炎（ MBV）临床治疗效果。方法：将136例MBV患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组，各68例。两组患者均用0．1％～0．5％的醋酸冲洗阴部后，对照组患者口服替硝唑。治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用妇炎康复片。两组患者均连续用药14天为1个疗程，共治疗4个疗程。比较两组患者MBV症状评分及阴道的健康评分，并记录不良反应的发生情况。结果：治疗组阴道炎症的治愈率＋好转率为100％，明显优于对照组的73．5％（χ2＝94.042，P＜0．01）；治疗组阴道健康程度为中及以上的比例为97．0％，明显高于对照组的64．7％（χ2＝36.254，P＜0．01）。治疗组不良反应发生率为5．9％，明显低于对照组的14．7％（χ2＝4．298， P ＜0.05）。结论：在保持阴道酸度的前提下，应用妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗MBV，安全有效，值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuyan Kangfu tablets combined with tinidazole in the treat-ment of menopause bacterial vaginosis （ MBV） .Methods：136 cases of MBV patients were randomly divided into a treat-ment group and a control group, each group with 68 cases.After patients in two groups were used 0.1%to 0.5%acetic acid to wash genitals, oral tinidazole was used for patients in control group.Patients in treatment group were used Fuyan Kangfu tablets based on the therapy in the control group.All patients were continuous medication for 14d as a course of treatment and there were four courses.MBV symptom scores and vaginal health score were compared in patients and re-cord the incidence of adverse reactions.Results： The curative rate of vaginal inflammation plus improvement rate was 100%in the treatment group,which was significantly better than the 73.5% in the control group （χ2 =94.042,P〈0.01）;in treatment group the proportion of vaginal health degree and above was 97.0%,which was significantly higher than the 64.7%（χ2 =36.254,P〈0.01）.Adverse reactions occurring in treatment group was 5.9%,which was signifi-cantly lower than the 14.7%in the control group （χ2 =4.298,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Under the premise of maintai-ning vaginal acidity, the application of Fuyan Kangfu tablets combined with tinidazole for MBV is safe and effective, which is worthy of promotion.
