摘要
目的探讨甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏倍美力治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2010年1月—2011年5月收治的老年性阴道炎患者90例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组45例,对照组给予甲硝唑栓治疗,治疗组给予甲硝唑栓+倍美力软膏治疗,两组连续治疗30 d。评价临床疗效,观察两组临床症状和体征改善情况,检测两组治疗前后的血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)以及血清雌二醇(E2)变化,统计不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组的显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的临床症状和体征改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组FSH高于对照组,E2低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合倍美力治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效确切,临床症状和体征改善明显,不良反应小,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effectiveness of the senile vaginitis by a combination of Metronidazole and Beimeili Paste.Methods To divide at random the 90 patients of the senile vaginitis whom our hospital had received and cured from January 2010 to May 2011 into the comparison group and the curing group.Each group included 45 patients.The comparison group were conducted the treatment of Metronidazole while the curing group was conducted the combination treatment of Metronidazole and Beimeili Paste.Both groups were cured for successive 30 days.And then we evaluated the clinical effectiveness,observed the improvements of the clinical symptoms and physical signs of both groups,detectd the change of the serum follicular stimulating hormone（FSH）and the serum estradiol（E2）of both groups around the treatment,and countd the incidence rate of the adverse reactions.Results After the treatment,the excellent rate and the total effective rate of the curing group had obviously been higher than those of the comparison group（P0.05）,and the improvements of the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the curing group had been better than those of the comparison group（P0.05）;The FSH of the curing group was higher than that of the comparison group while the E2 of the curing group was lower than that of the comparison group.All these differences had the statistical significance（P0.05）,but the comparative differences of the incident rate of the adverse reactions in both groups did not have the statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of the senile vaginitis by a combination of the Metronidazole and the Beimeili Paste is accurate as the improvements of the clinical symptoms and physical signs have been obvious while the adverse reactions are little,so that this treatment has been worth popularization and application.
