摘要
将不同粒径的纳米氧化铁以湿法添加到再造烟叶中,制成卷烟燃烧后进行烟气分析。采用X射线衍射(XRD)技术检测添加不同粒径纳米氧化铁再造烟叶的烟灰。结果表明:再造烟叶中加入纳米氧化铁有利于降低烟气CO和总粒相物(TPM)的释放量,且随着加入的纳米氧化铁粒径的增大,CO和TPM释放量的降低率随之减小;由XRD谱图可推知再造烟叶卷烟烟气中CO的催化氧化机制:再造烟叶卷烟燃吸过程中,不管烟支是在富氧的抽吸过程还是贫氧的阴燃过程,纳米氧化铁都催化氧化烟气CO生成CO2。
Different sizes of nano-iron oxide were added to the reconstituted tobacco sheet by wet process,and smoke and ash were analyzed after cigarette combustion.The results showed that the total particulate matter(TPM)and CO release amount were reduced,and with the particle size of nano-iron oxide increasing,the reduction rate of TPM and CO release amount decreased.According with the XRD spectra,a speculation on catalytic oxidation mechanism of CO in the cigarette smoke was made that in the process of reconstituted tobacco sheet burning or sucked,iron oxide nanoparticles could catalytically oxidize smoke CO to CO2 .
