摘要
随着高科技的迅速发展和对合成新材料的迫切需要,氧化铁的制备技术及其应用的开发已越来越受到重视。为此全面叙述了氧化铁的制备方法,分析了焙烧法、热分解法、鲁式法、溶胶-凝胶法、空气氧化法、水解法、沉淀法、水热法、催化法及包核法等各种制备工艺的优缺点。同时,详细地介绍了氧化铁在磁性材料、颜料、催化、生物医学及其他领域的应用。最后,针对目前氧化铁制备技术中存在的一些问题,提出了进一步研究的方向。
With the rapid development of science and technology and the urgent demand for new synthetic materials, the technologic development and application of iron oxide are increasingly concerned. The preparation methods of iron oxide are mainly summarized, and the advantages/disadvantages are chiefly discussed of the combustion method, thermal decomposition method, Ruthner method, sol-gel method, air oxidation method, hydrolyze method, precipitation method, hydrothermal method, catalysis method and core-coated method. Meanwhile, the application of iron oxide in the fields of magnetic materials, pigments, catalyses, biomedicines is introduced in detail. Finally, in view of the existing problems in the preparation of iron oxide, the further research direction is proposed.
