摘要
成功智力理论和缄默知识理论为"理实融合,教学做一体化"的高职课程构建提供了理论基础。以高职物流管理专业为例,文中将以"高等性"、"职业性"和"技能性"为关键导向的高职人才培养目标结合到课程的构建过程中去。并对《配送中心实务》课程进行了"理实融合,教学做一体化"课程构建举例。
Tacit knowledge theory and successful intelligence theory provided theory bases for building courses integrated theory and practice,teaching,learning and operating in higher vocational institute .As logistics major for example,this paper united higher -level,professional and technical orientations in the target of talent training in higher vocational institute with course building .And this paper exampled how to integrate theory and practice , teaching , learning and operating in the course operating in distribution center.
