摘要
通过分析我国高职院校物流人才的培养现状,针对高职物流人才培养目标与市场需求相脱节的现象,借鉴国外物流人才的培养模式,提出我国高职物流人才培养模式的设想。
The paper analyzes the current situation of the training of higher vocational logistics personnel in China,and,in view of the incongruity between its training objective and the market demand,draws from foreign experiences,and puts forth its lines of thought on the improved training mode of vocational logistics education.
