The Clinical Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Integrative Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

摘要目的分析中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病综合征疗效与安全性。方法对我院收治的患者178例随机分成两组各89例,对照组给予单纯西医;观察组西医结合中医辨证,观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率98.9%,明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病,治疗效果令人满意,值得广泛推广。 Objective To analyze the combination therapy of diabetic nephropathy syndrome efficacy and safety. Methods Patients admitted to our hospital 178 cases were randomly divided into two groups of 89 cases in the control group were given purely Western medicine;Integrative TCM observation group were observed efficacy. Results The total effective rate was 98.9%,significantly better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The combination therapy of diabetic nephropathy,treatment is satisfactory,should be popularized.
