摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效，从而对该病的治疗提供参考依据。方法：在西医治疗的基础上采用传统中药，根据糖尿病肾病肾功能的不同程度辨证施治。结果：经中西医结合治疗，患者的临床症状、体征、尿蛋白量及肾小球滤过率得到明显改善，总有效率达８５．７％。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病可改善患者的临床症状及肾功能，从而缓解肾功能衰竭的进程。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating diabetic nephropathy (DN) with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (ITCWM),thus to provide the reference and scientific basis for treatment.Methods:On the basis of treatment with western medicine,to make use of traditional Chinese medicine and dialectic therapy according to differential renal function.Results:Post ITCWM therapy,patient's symptoms,signs,proteinuria and glomerular filtration rate were improved significantly,the total effective rate was 85 7%.Conclusions:To treat the DN with ITCWM can improve clinical symptom and renal function.Therefore,it can relieve the process of renal failure.
