摘要
目的探讨米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效,对其临床方面的应用价值进行评价。方法选取我院收治的48例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,予以米非司酮口服治疗,于治疗前后分别抽血检测血常规及肝肾功能,以B超进行子宫内膜厚度检查,且前后三个月每个月均检查内分泌激素变化。观察患者用药后的治疗效果和治疗时长。结果患者经治疗后症状均得以改善,贫血有所好转。结论米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone in treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding effect, to evaluate the application value of its clinical aspects. Methods select our hospital 48 ases of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients as the research object, to oral mifepristone treatment, before and after treatment were detected blood and liver function, endometrial thickness check to B ultrasound, and three months before and after each month were examined changes of endocrine hormones. Conclusion Mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
