摘要
目的：观察宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗围绝经期功血的疗效，治疗前后内分泌激素的变化。方法：以2011年1月-2012年12月在我院功能性子宫出血患者98例为研究对象，均接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗。观察治疗效果，并比较治疗前后内分泌激素水平的变化。结果：术后95例患者有效，有效率为96.94%。与术前比较，术后患者血清生殖激素6项检查未见明显变化，无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术既可治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者的临床症状，且对内分泌激素水平无明显影响，具有安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快的优势，且能保留子宫，不影响卵巢功能，提高妇女生活质量，值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of hysteroscopic endometrial resection in treatment of climacterium functional uterine bleeding, endocrine changes before and after treatment.Methods：To choose 98 cases from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2012 in our hospital as research object, underwent hysteroscopic endometrial resection of the. Observe the therapeutic effect, changes of endocrine hormone levels before and after treatment were compared.Results：After operation, 95 cases were effective, 96.94%efficiency. Compared with the preoperative, postoperative serum reproductive hormone 6 examination showed no significant change,no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Hysteroscopic endometrial resection can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with climacterium functional uterine bleeding, no obvious influence on the level of endocrine hormone, is safe, effective, less trauma, quicker recovery advantages, and can preserve the uterus, do not affect ovarian function, improve the quality of life of women, is worth the clinical promotion.
