摘要
对低功耗用电设备的功率进行动态测量和分析,可以为相应的设计和应用提供重要参考。设计了一种能够对多个用电设备的功率进行同时、动态测量和分析的系统,该系统主要包括多种接口模块、信号采集模块、显示模块、上位机软件设计等。多种接口包括USB接口、DC插座、接线端子和品字形插座;利用8个通道A/D实现了对4路电压(最大为48 V)和4路电流(最大为12A,最小为mA级)的采样;并且利用QT和SQLite数据库设计了上位机软件,完成了对测量数据的管理。
The dynamic measurement and analysis on lower power dissipation device can provide a reference in designing and using these devices. A measuring and analytic system, which can measure several devices simultaneously was designed. The system included interface module for different interfaces, signal acquisition module, display module and software in PC. USB interface, DC interface, bare wire and triangle interface are included in the interface module. Four voltages (up to 48 V)and four currents (MA level to 12A)are sampled via an 8-channel A/D. A software in PC based on QT and SQLite database was designed to manage the measured data.
