摘要
智能电网对故障录波器系统提出了高实时性、超大容量、跨平台、分析功能强大等更高的要求。通过对实时数据库进行性能比较和分析,最终选择SQLite作为数据库存储,基于Qt和自适配通信环境(ACE)优异的跨平台性能,采用了模块化和组件式设计。新一代数字式录波管理系统通过配置就能实现多种模式运行,支持网络103规约和基于制造报文规范(MMS)的IEC61850通信规约,支持暂态、抽取、稳态波形文件(COMTRADE格式)。在工程现场应用中取得了良好的效果。
The smart grid requires the fault recorder management system of excellent real-time performance, large capacity and powerful analysis function. By the comparison of real-time database performance ,SQLite is selected as the data storage. Based on the excellent multi-platform performance of Qt and ACE(Adaptive Communication Environment) , the modularization and component design is adopted. The multi-platform management system of digital fault recorders can operates in multiple modes by configuration,supports 103 network protocols and MMS(Manufacturing Message Specification )-based IEC61850 protocol,and accepts different types of wave file in COMTRADE format:transient,extracted and steady-state. The system runs well on site.
