摘要 在数据采集领域,基于FPGA和USB2.0的数据采集系统广泛地应用在各种数据采集场合。介绍了一种用于温度测量数据的采集与控制系统的设计方法。该系统基于FPGA与USB2.0的架构,FPGA控制系统对温度传感原件热敏电阻温度的数据采集和通过外围电路驱动控温执行元件半导体制冷器TEC对被测物进行加热或制冷,达到自动温控的效果。首先利用Verilog语言设计了高精度的脉冲计数模块和USB2.0设备控制器的模块,并将其集成在SOC中,实现NIOS系统与PC机的通信,然后设计了作为数据采集通道的USB芯片CY7C68013A工作在slavefifo模式下的固件程序,以及数据显示与处理的应用程序。实验结果表明,利用FPGA与USB器件可实现温度数据的高速和准确传输,并且对TEC的控制反应迅速。 In the field of data acquisition, data acquisition system based on FPGA and USB2.0 has made itself suitable for a wide range of data acquisition. A kind of method for data acquisition and control system for temperature data was given. The archi- tecture of system was based on FPGA and USB2.0, FPGA control system gather data by thermistor which as a temperature measure- ment device and control TEC which as temperature control actuator to heat or cool analyte through the peripheral drive circuit to a- chieve the effect of automatic temperature control. Firstly, using Verilog to design high precision pulse counting module and USB2. 0 device control module, and integrate it in SOC to realize NIOS system of communication with PC. Then firmware program of USB chip CY7C68013A working in slavefifo mode as the data acquisition channel and the application program for data display and pro- cessing were designed. The experimental results show that using FPGA and the USB device can realize high speed and accurate transmission for the temperature data and control the TEC response quickly.
