摘要
[目的]观察氧驱动雾化吸入痰热清联合止咳平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。吸氧、止咳化痰、抗感染等常规治疗;0.3-0.5mL/kg痰热清加入雾化器,清水适量,雾化吸入。对照组40例超声雾化吸入15-20min/次,2次/d;心理护理、雾化吸入护理。治疗组40例氧驱动雾化吸入,15-20min/次,2次/d;止咳平喘汤（麻黄炙6g,黄芪、桔梗、党参、丹参各10g,甘草6g,陈皮、山药各10g,五味子6g,枸杞子10g,地龙6g）,1剂/d,水煎200mL,2次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺部哮音、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈28例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈16例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]氧驱动雾化吸入痰热清联合止咳平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the oxygen atomization inhalation combined cough and asthma soup treatment of infantile asthma effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Conventional oxygen, reduce phlegm, anti-infection and other conventional treatment; 0.3 - 0.5 mL/kg phlegm heat added to the atomizer, the water fight amount to the atomization inhalation. Control group, 40 cases of ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy 15 - 20 min, 2 times/d;Psychological nursing, atomizing inhalation. Treatment group （40 cases oxygen atomization inhalation, 15 - 20 min, 2 times/d;Cough and asthma soup （Zhimahuang6 g, Huangqi, Jiegeng, Dangshen, Dansheneach 10g, Gancao6g, Chenpi, Shanyaoeach 10g, Wuweizi6g, Gouqizil0 g, Dilong 6 g ）, 1 / d, 2 times/d. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 28 cases cured, 10 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.00%. Control group healed in 16 cases, 14 cases, 10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Oxygen atomization inhalation joint cough and asthma soup treatment of infantile asthma effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
