摘要
针对旋转机械振动检测系统检测精度不高、实时性不足及价格昂贵等缺点,提出了高精度的嵌入式振动检测系统的设计方案;系统采用S3C6410嵌入式芯片与高精度A/D转换器AD7705进行数据采集,在Windows CE 6.0的嵌入式平台上进行程序开发,以多无量纲指标及频域技术相结合进行数据分析,实现旋转机械振动检测;实验证明该系统能够快速、准确地进行振动检测,系统具有一定的故障诊断能力及较好的应用前景。
Aiming at the disadvantage of detecting precision is not high, poor real--time performance and high price for rotating machin- ery vibration system, a design scheme of embedded vibration detecting system with high accuracy is proposed. System uses S3C6410 embed- ded chip and high precision A/D converter AD7705 for data acquisition, program development is in the embedded platform of Windows CE 6, analyzed data with combining multiple dimensionless parameter and frequency domain technique to, and realize rotating machinery vibration detecting. Experiments show that vibration detection is fast, accurate, and the system has good ability for fault diagnosis and better applica- tion prospect.
