摘要
介绍采煤机滑靴特点,对滚动轴承与滑动轴承在使用寿命、承受荷载能力、抗冲击能力进行对比分析,探讨不同轴承的各自性能特点,并结合实际工况分析轴承的使用性能,进而提出合理优化策略,给滑靴中轴承的选用提供参考。
This article describes the shearer slipper rolling bearings＇ service life, capacity to bear the features and launches comparative analysis of load, impact resistance, and their respective performance characteristics. After analyzing the using performance of bearing combining with the actual working conditions, we put forward reasonable optimization strategies and provide a reference to the slipper in the selection of the bearing.
