DNA修复基因SNPs与脑胶质瘤易感性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 碱基切除修复(base excision repair,BER)和同源重组(homologous recombination repair,HRR)是DNA损伤修复系统中重要的两个途径。而XRCC1和XRCC3基因影响BER和HRR通路中重要酶和蛋白质的功能,其多态性能够改变DNA修复功能和效率、影响肿瘤易感性。XRCC1基因Arg194Trp位点及XRCC3基因Thr241Met位点多态性很可能在胶质瘤发病中起着重要作用。目前研究认为此二基因位点多态性对胶质瘤易感性的影响不一,本文尝试就此进行论述以期对胶质瘤的有效预防提供线索。
