摘要 支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是小儿常见慢性肺部疾病，早期确诊及规范化治疗对预后至关重要。全球哮喘防治创议（GINA）委员会自1993年成立以来，一直致力于在全球范围内推广哮喘的防治策略。GINA方案1995年首次出版后，不断进行修订和更新，以反映此领域的最新进展，从而保持了指南的先进性和权威性。
