摘要 针对热电偶传感器存在的输出热电势信号小、不便于远距离传输,需要进行冷端温度补偿、不便于使用,输出的是模拟信号、不便于实现数字式测量等问题,提出一种基于单片机的测量电路,该电路可对热电偶输出的信号进行测量,并能够自动进行冷端温度补偿,测量结果转换为RS232串行信号向外输出。热电偶传感器配备上该测量电路,便可实现所测温度的数字输出,具有较高的实用性。 A conventional thermocouple has some disadvantages: its output signal is weak,making it difficult for a long distance signal transmission; it needs temperature compensation at cold junctions,making the application inconvenient; and its output signal is an analog signal,making it complex for doing a digital measurement. As to these problems,this paper introduced a measuring circuit based on a computer,which can directly measure the output signals of thermocouples and automatically make the cold-junction temperature compensation. The measuring results from the circuit are turned into RS232 serial signals to output. The thermocouple equipped with the circuit will be able to output digital signals corresponding to the measured temperature. So the design is of high practical value.
