摘要
为了减小热电偶温度传感器的非线性输出误差,介绍了一种分段线性化补偿原理,给出相应的补偿电路和电路分析。实验结果表明:经补偿后在(0~1000)℃范围内,其电压-温度系数约为0.041mV/℃,非线性误差优于0.4%。
In order to decrease nonlinearity output errors of thermocouple sensors, a sort of piecewise linearization method for signal compensation is provided, including its working principle, the circuit and circuit analysis . The laboratory results show that the voltage-temperature factor is about 0.041 mV/℃ and nonlinearity output error is less than 0.4% during 0-100 degree centigrade of temperature compensation range after compensation processing
