摘要
目的调查并分析北京市三级甲等医院护理岗位设置情况,为我国护理岗位体系的构建提供参考。方法采用资料分析法,按照护理岗位类别、岗位系统、具体岗位设置3个层面,对北京市15所三级甲等医院护理岗位设置情况进行分析。结果护理岗位类别设置基本保持一致,岗位系统设置存在一定差异,具体岗位设置差别较大。结论北京市三级甲等医院护理岗位设置需要进一步规范化。
Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing post setting status in Beijing municipal 3A-level hospitals,so as to provide references for the build of nursing post system in China.Methods The nursing post category,post system and specific post settings were analyzed in 15 3A-level hospitals in Beijing.Results The nursing post category was almost the same,there existed some differences in post system and great differences in specific post settings.Conclusion Nursing post system in Beijing municipal 3A-level hospitals needs to be normalized further.
