摘要
目的构建适合北京市市属三级医院的护理岗位设置体系。方法采用现状调查、文献查阅及两轮专家咨询会的方法对护理岗位进行设置和论证。结果形成了包括岗位类别、岗位系统和各系统岗位设置3个方面的护理岗位设置体系,将护理岗位划分为3种类别,即护理管理岗位、临床护理岗位和其他护理岗位;按照工作的特点,将护理岗位分为7大系统;最终设置了42项三级医院护理岗位,其中基本岗位27项,建议岗位15项。结论初步确定了北京市市属三级医院护理岗位设置体系,为今后进一步进行护理岗位管理的相关研究奠定了基础。
Objective To establish a nursing post setting system which is appropriate for Beijing municipal 3-level hospitals.Methods The system was established and demonstrated through cross-sectional study,literature review and two rounds of expert meetings.Results The nursing post system consists of three aspects of post category,post system and specific post settings.These nursing posts were divided into three categories,including posts of nursing management,posts of clinical nursing and posts of other kinds.These posts were divided into seven systems according to position statements.Eventually 27 basic posts and 15 suggested posts (totally 42 and three level nursing posts) were set,which constituted the final nursing post setting system.Conclusions Nursing post setting system of Beijing municipal 3-level hospitals was preliminarily determined.This study provides a basis for further study of nursing post management.
