摘要
以创新型产品——微型无柄吹风筒的筒身为例,详细介绍了带侧抽芯的薄壳深腔无底筒形件注塑模具的设计要点和注意事项,并给出了具体的设计方案。基于塑件"壁薄腔深"的特点,该模具在浇注系统、冷却系统、排气系统、脱模系统的设计,以及模具选材和结构等方面均异于常规模具,可供借鉴。
A certain hairdryer body,the main part of an innovational miniature sessile hairdryer,was chosen as an example to illuminate in detail the design of injection mould with side action for bottomless tubular parts with thin wall and deep cavity.And the concrete design plan was given.Based on the characteristic of "thin-walled and deep cavity"of this part,the running system,the cooling system,exhaust system,ejection system,even the material and structure of this mould and so on,differ from a common mould,which can be used for reference.
