DEVELOPMENT OF PLASTIC SHELL FOR THE ALKALINE STORAGE BATTERY

摘要 从制品设计、模具设计、成型工艺、专用注塑机、计算机辅助分析等方面对碱性蓄电池塑料壳进行了研究。结合碱性蓄电池塑料壳长径比大的特点,全面分析了碱性蓄电池塑料壳设计及制造的关键技术。这些关键技术不仅为正确设计与制造碱性蓄电池塑料壳提供了科学的依据,而且为大长径比塑料制品的设计与制造提供了相应的经验、技术。 The design, molding techniques, special injection molding machine and computer assistance analysis of the alkaline storage battery plastic shell were discussed. Key techniques of designing and making the alkaline storage battery were analyzed thoroughly according as the characteristic of big length - diameter ratio. The key techniques could provide not only scientific reliance for designing and making the alkaline storage battery plastic shell, but also the corresponding experience of plastic products with big length - diameter ratio.
