摘要
在地况复杂的蔗田中使切割刀盘与地面始终保持设定高度,即实现刀盘仿形,是目前甘蔗联合收割机面临的技术难题之一。通过对我国南方蔗田基本情况和对现有甘蔗联合收割机刀盘仿形系统研究的基础上,设计了一种采用电液比例技术的刀盘仿形控制系统,并利用AMESim软件对本系统进行了仿真。
In the rugged topography of sugarcane field, to make the cutting platform keep a set height off the field surface, videlicet, to realize cutter profiling, is one of the technical problems which combined sugarcane harvester confronts with. Through studying the sugarcane field condition and the present cutter profiling system of combined sugarcane harvester, a type based on electro-hydraulic proportional technique was designed and simulated with AMESim software.
