摘要
目的 了解重庆市城市居民 1991～ 2 0 0 0年的恶性肿瘤死亡状况 ,为恶性肿瘤的防治工作提供参考依据。方法 应用死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数 (YPLL)及潜在减寿率 (YPLL率 )等指标分析居民恶性肿瘤死亡情况。结果 恶性肿瘤年均死亡率 16 0 99/ 10万 ,YPLL率为 12 78年 /千人 ,均居全死因的首位。在恶性肿瘤中 ,肺癌死亡率 5 5 4 9/ 10万 ,占 34 4 7% ,居第一位 ,其次是肝癌、食管癌、胃癌、肠癌。性别、年龄、社区之间癌谱有较大差异。主要恶性肿瘤YPLL率顺位依次为肺癌、肝癌、白血病、胃癌、肠癌。结论 加强环境保护 ,改变不良的生活习惯 。
Objective To investigate the death cause of malignant tumors of urban inhabitants in Chongqing and to provide the basis for prevention and control of malignant tumors.Methods Mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,years of potential life lost(YPLL) and YPLL rate were used to analyse death cause of malignant tumors.Results The annual average mortality rate of malignant tumors was 160 99/10 5 and YPLL rate was 12 78‰.Among malignant tumors,lung cancer took the lead with a mortality rate of 55 49/10 5,accounted for 34 47%.The next sequences were as follows:hepatitis cancer,oesophagus cancer,stomach cancer and intestine cancer.The sequence of death causes was mostly influenced by sexes,ages and communities.The sequences of YPLL rate of main death causes were:lung cancer,hepatitis cancer,leukemia,stomach cancer and intestine cancer.Conclusion In order to reduce mortality rate of malignant tumors of urban inhabitants,it was important to protect the environment and to change the unhealthy life habits.
