摘要
通过规范异常信息上报流程和充分利用保护信息管理系统、故障录波系统、变电站远程浏览等高级应用功能,有效提升监控信息缺陷发现率、电网故障处理及时率、电网故障负荷转移率等调度监控指标,提高调度监控人员的工作效率及运维水平,为电网及设备故障、缺陷消除提供快速准确的技术支持,保障电网安全稳定运行.
Through regulating reporting process of the abnormal information,and making full use of protection and fault information management system,recording system,remote browsing and other advanced application functions,we effectively enhance the monitoring information of defect discovery rate,fault processing time rate,fault load transfer rate scheduling monitoring indicators,and improve work efficiency and operation level dispatch supervisory personnel to provide fast and accurate technical support to the power grid and equipment fault,defect elimination and to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
