摘要
随着电网调度自动化系统在电网运行中的作用日益突出,为提升调度自动化运维水平,文章提出建设一套面向自动化业务综合管理的运行监测系统。该系统从应用系统、机房环境、设备信息等多层面实现全方位一体化的智能监控,并利用网络设备自动识别、专家系统诊断和智能告警等技术实现值班管理的自动化和智能化,以满足未来调度自动化集中运行与高效管理的需求。
The power grid dispatching automation system is playing an increasingly important role in grid operation. Thus, to enhance the operation and maintenance level of the dispatching automation system, this paper proposes to build a set of operation monitoring system for automation business comprehensive management. The system can achieve the omnibearing and integrated monitoring for application systems, machine room environment, device information, and so on. Further, the system can make duty management automation and intelligence using the network device automated recognition technology, the expert system diagnosis technology and the intelligent alarm technology, in order to meet the needs of centralized operation and efficient management of the future dispatching automation.
