摘要
以甲苯、苯甲醇和氯甲醚为原料,通过付-克反应合成了一种带有氯甲基的新型树脂.再用该树脂与含有芳环的脯氨酰胺反应,制得了一种新的超高交联树脂固载的手性脯氨酰胺催化剂.通过红外光谱和元素分析对产物结构和组成进行了表征.结果表明,所制的树脂固载手性催化剂含氮量为1.11%,固载量为0.396mmol/g,固载率为27.59%.本法具有制备步骤简单、成本较低等优点.
A kind of hpercrosslinked polymer was synthesized by a new way with tolylene and chloromethyl ether,and hypercrosslinked resin-supported proline-derives was synthesized by Frieldel-Crafts reaction using the unreacted chloromethylpyridine on the resin.Its chemical structures were characterized by IR and Element analysis.The results reveal that the nitrogen content of the resin-supported proline-derive is 1.11%,and the proline-derive loading amount is 0.396mmol/g.
