摘要
目的:探讨中医药在糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者中的临床效果。方法:对来我院诊治的30例患者入院资料进行分析,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用西医治疗,实验组采用中医药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组86.7%治疗效果理想,高于对照组60%(P﹤0.05);实验组86.7%对我院治疗总体满意,高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎发病率较高,采用中医药治疗效果理想,能够有效的改善患者症状,缓解患者病情,值得推广使用。
Objective：To explore and discuss the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on patients withcorticosteroid addictive dermatitis. Methods： The data of 30 patients admitted to our hospital were analyzed and randomly divided into twogroups. The control group was treated with western medicine and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： 86.7% of the patients in the experimental group had ideal curative effectwhich was higher than that （60%） of the control group （P〈0.05）; 86.7% of the patients in the experimental group were satisfied with ourhospital which were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The incidence rate of glucocorticoid addictive dermatitis ishigh. Traditional Chinese medicine has ideal effect in treating glucocorticoid addictive dermatitis. It can effectively improve the symptomsof patients and alleviate the illness, so it is worthy to be popularized.
