摘要
目的 探讨不同皮肤病对患者生活质量的影响。方法 采用DLQI调查问卷 ,选取门诊患者 2 14例 ,包括慢性荨麻疹、慢性湿疹、瘙痒症、银屑病等 ,完成问卷的填写 ,然后进行统计分析。结果 慢性荨麻疹、湿疹、瘙痒症、银屑病等对于患者生活质量的影响比寻常疣、色素痣、脂溢性角化等的影响大。结论 上述疾病严重影响了患者的生活质量 ,不同的疾病对于生活质量不同方面的影响不同。
Objective To study the quality of life in different skin diseases.Methods We selected 214 patients of clinic,including chronic urticara,chronic eczema,pruritus,psoriasis and so on,used the DQLI,patients completed the questionnaire,then analyzed by dermatologists.Results Chronic urticara,chronic eczema,pruritus,psoriasis had a greater impact on quality of life than that in verruca vulgaris,nevus,seborrheic keratosis. Conclusion These diseases have severe impact on quality of life,different diseases have different impact.
