摘要
目的:分析中药联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮片治疗剖宫产疤痕妊娠的安全性及其临床疗效。方法:本院67例瘢痕子宫妊娠患者,随机按用药分为两组:对照组32例,给予甲氨蝶呤肌肉注射,剂量50mg/m2,配合米非司酮每次50mg,每日两次口服,连服3天。治疗组35例,在对照组治疗基础上,服用活血化瘀、消癥杀胚中药。定期监测血HCG水平及经阴道B超监测包块情况。结果:对照组有效率81.3%,治疗组88.6%,两组治愈率有明显差异(P<0.05﹚。治疗组血β-HCG下降,包块直径缩小等疗效均优于对照组;治疗组,不良反应明显少于对照组,治疗组手术治疗比例14.3%,明显低于对照组34.4%。结论:中药联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮片治疗剖宫产疤痕妊娠疗效好、不良反应少。
Objective： To analyze the safety and clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with Methotrexate and MifepristoneTablets in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods： 67 cases with cesarean scar pregnancy in our hospital were divided into twogroups： 32 cases in the control group treated with Methotrexate intramuscular injection, 50mg/m2 combined with Mifepristone 50mg pertime as oral administration, twice one day, for 3 days. 35 cases in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine with functions ofactivating blood circulation to remove stasis, eliminating mass and killing fetus based on the therapy for the control group. Blood HCGlevels and transvaginal B ultrasound were regularly monitored. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 81.3%, while that of thetreatment group was 88.6%, the curative rates of the two groups have obvious difference（P〈0.05﹚.β- HCG of the treatment groupdeclined, diameter of mass reduced, the efficacy of the treatment was better than that the control group. The side effect of the treatmentgroup was less than that of the control group, the surgery rate of the treatment group was 14.3%, obviously lower than that of the controlgroup 34.4%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone Tablets has obvious effect oncesarean scar pregnancy with less side effects.
