来曲唑治疗氯米芬抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者临床疗效观察 被引量：12

摘要 目的观察来曲唑治疗氯米芬抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者的促排卵效果。方法 2010年5月至2011年5月作者对36例多囊卵巢综合征CC抵抗患者,运用来曲唑药物后,经阴道B超监测卵泡发育及子宫内膜厚度,并行宫颈黏液评分及化验血清雌二醇E2水平。结果来曲唑组促排卵率达69%优于氯米芬组38%,HCG日EM厚度增加,E2水平下降,宫颈黏液评分增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论来曲唑治疗氯米芬抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者有良好的促排卵效果。
