摘要
运用多种多样的望诊手段,结合现代信息处理技术,对患者进行望诊,将心血管病各常见病种的面诊、手诊、舌诊、眼诊、耳诊等信息进行收集归纳;利用上述信息,借鉴流行病学调查方法得出相关疾病的望诊诊断标准;继而应用数据挖掘技术,构建心血管病多元望诊信息数据库。上述成果共同构成心血管病多元望诊体系[1]。本文探讨高血压病多元望诊信息及临床实践,包括高血压病面诊、眼诊、耳诊、手诊、脐诊与颈诊等。探讨高血压病的多元望诊信息,将为构建心血管病多元望诊体系提供资料,以期为中医诊治心血管病提供辅助。
By various way of inspection and combining with modern information processing technololy, the inspection for thepatients is done. The information of face inspection, hands inspection, tongue inspection, eyes inspection and ears inspection forvarious common cardiovascular diseases is collected and summarized. These information and the research approaches of epidemiology isused to get the diagnosis standard of inspection for ralatied diaeases. The the data mining technique is used to establishing the database ofmultivariate inspection information of hypertension. All the above achievements together make up the multivariate inspection system ofcardiovascular diseases. This paper explores the multivariate inspection information and of hypertension and its clinical practic, includingthe inspection of face,eyes,ears,hands,belly and nose. The exploration of multivariate inspection information and of hypertensionwill provide materials for the establishment of multivariate inspection system of cardiovascular diseases which is hoped to provideassistance for the TCM diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
